Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your products get to you in tip top condition, unfortunately due to the nature of the products, we do occasionally get damaged or broken items. If in the instance that you do receive any of the items damaged, there are some options.

Return all/any of the broken items back , the returns policy below outlines how to do that, obviously not in the original condition. Once we receive the returned items and once inspected, we will issue a full refund or a discount code if you wish to order agan,
Returns
Hope you will be satisfied on the products you received, however if there is an off chance that you aren't 100% happy, you have the right to return your products to us, provided that you stick to the following criteria:

All products ordered are unused and in their original packaging

If you wish to return your order need to let us know within 14 days of receiving your products

You return the products in their original packaging, undamaged, to us within 14 days of receiving your products

Its not any waxidents or whoopsie products as these will be already advertised as faulty.
If for any reason the description or quantity you receive is different to that you ordered, please email or use the contact page.
What do you need to do
You have every right to cancel your order, and you haven't received an email saying the products have been dispatched, let us know immediately so you won't need to send us the items back.
If order after it has been dispatched but want to cancel, you must tell us of your intention to return the items, and send them back to us within 14 days of receiving the order.
*Please bare in ,mind products have been used or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
If you ordered whoopsies or waxidents products which the items would be at a discounted price due to them not being perfect, these will also not be accepted as a return or refunded. As they will be advertised as faulty products.
Once the return has been accepted, we will provide you with our return address. You will need to send the products back to us at your own expense, and the products must be packaged to prevent damage, ideally in our original packaging.
Once we have received the items back, checked for any damage and the return has been completed, we will issue your refund (including postage costs) within 14 days of us receiving the return by your original payment method.
